【解説】ハーデンのサイド・ステップバック/60秒練習専用

【ハーデン/サイド・ステップバック】アタックからのシュート/60秒練習専用 #バスケ

 

このハーデンのステップは、
横にズレてDFとの距離を作れるので
シュートがブロックされにくい。

 

練習する時に抑えておきたいポイントとステップ

 

step
1
左ドライブ

  • 左に行き、右にいく素振りがないように
    仕掛ける。
  • スピードは6-70%で自分のコントロールが
    完璧に出来るスピードで行う。

2
ストップ→レッグスルー

  • ストップから右レッグスルーして
    右に行く“フリ”を出来るだけ上手く。
  • ここのリアリティで相手の
    かかり具合が決まる。

3
サイド・ステップバック

 

  • レッグスルーでボールが地面についた
    瞬間に右足で地面を蹴り、サイドに
    ステップバック。
  • 右足に体重を一瞬乗せることと、
    右ドライブ体勢のまま横にズレるのがコツ

クロスステップ・ギャザー

  • トラベリングと疑うが、右足が
    クロスしたこの時点ギャザー完了
    0ステップの0)なのでOK。
  • クロスステップをすることで
    距離が出る

    My first steroid cycle was a transformative experience in my
    bodybuilding journey. It wasn’t just about the physical changes; it was
    also a mental challenge that taught me valuable lessons.
    If I could go back in time, there are definitely things I would do differently.

    When I first started with steroids, I had no idea what to expect.
    I knew they were powerful hormones that could help me build muscle faster, but I didn’t realize how
    meticulous the process needed to be. Looking back, here’s what I would change:

    My First Steroid Cycle

    The journey began with a lot of research and planning.

    I had to balance my diet, workouts, and recovery while on the cycle.
    It wasn’t easy, but it taught me the importance of
    preparation.

    What I Would Change In My First Steroid Cycle If I Could Go Back In Time

    If I could go back, here’s what I’d do differently:

    Dosage Adjustment: I started with a lower dose than necessary.
    I was afraid of side effects and didn’t realize how my body would respond.
    A slightly higher dose might have been more effective without causing too many issues.

    Duration of Cycle: My initial cycle lasted eight weeks, but I felt
    like I could’ve pushed it a bit longer to
    see better results. However, I also noticed that recovery
    took longer after the cycle ended.

    Supportive Supplements: I didn’t pay enough attention to my supportive supplements like creatine or BCAAs during the cycle.

    They might have helped me recover faster and maintain muscle mass.

    I also realized that not consulting with a professional was a mistake.

    Now, I recommend everyone to work with a qualified coach or doctor before starting any steroid cycle.
    It’s easy to overlook details when you’re eager to see results,
    but taking the time to prepare properly is crucial for both safety and effectiveness.

    How Many Milligrams Of Testosterone Do Men Naturally Produce?

    Most men produce about 1,000 to 2,500 milligrams of testosterone per day.
    This varies based on age, health, and lifestyle factors like diet and exercise.

    Knowing this helps put the use of steroids into perspective.
    While they can boost testosterone levels significantly, it’s important
    to use them responsibly and only when necessary for therapeutic purposes or competitions.
