あなたが試合で練習したスキルが使えない理由
そもそも試合以下の強度でしか練習していない
練習しただけ。になっていませんか？
本当に実戦で使えるレベルまで
スキルは高まりましたか？
そもそも
練習＞試合 である必要があります。
試合は強度が高いです。
運動強度が高いし
一瞬の判断が求められる。
周りからのプレッシャーもあります。
では練習では？
試合と同等、もしくはそれ以上の
環境を作り出せていますか？
そもそも練習で試合よりも
高い強度やプレッシャーでスキルを発揮できなければ
試合以下のスキルしか身につきませんので
あなたの自主練はなかなか報われないでしょう。
練習を試合以上にする『オーバーロード』
オーバーロードとは
『過負荷』という意味。
通常以上の『負荷』かけることにより
身体がその負荷に適応しようとして
さらにパワーアップしていきます。
- 試合よりも速いスピード
- 試合よりも複雑な判断
- 試合よりも精度を高く
- 試合よりも短い時間で
- 試合よりも長い時間で
- 試合よりも高く
- 試合よりも強く
- 試合よりもカオス
などなど様々な
オーバーロードの方法があります。
スキル練習の中で試合のシチュエーションと
似たオーバーロードを作り出しましょう。
試合よりも高い強度やプレッシャーの中スキルを使えるようになろう！
オーバーロードの例：
例えば棒などでブロックするドリル。
みたことありませんか？
ゴール下で待ち構えている長い棒。
その上から
- フローター
- ユーロステップ
- ワンステップ
などを打っていく。
通常よりもブロックの位置が高く
普段よりも簡単にブロックされてしまいます。
しかし
その棒の高さに慣れたら？
試合ではそれ以上高い選手と対戦することは
あまりないはず。
あれ？以外と本番の方が楽じゃん？
ってなるんですね。
これはほんの一例ですが
いろいろな工夫をしてオーバーロードの
シチュエーションを作り出して
練習していきましょう。
これは想像力と独創性です。
試合に関連した動きとスキルをマッチさせ
何に対して『オーバーロード』するかを
考えて練習をします。
スキル練習の時に『試合』が頭の中で行われていない
今回はオーバーロードをメインに

その今練習しているとき試合の
- いつ？
- どこで？
- 誰に？
- どういうタイミングで？
- どういうスピードで？
- そのあとのオプションは？
- それが使えなかった時は？
そこまで考えましょう。
頭の中で試合をイメージして
試合の中でスキルトレーニングしてる感覚。
大事なのでもう一回。
試合の中でスキルトレーニングしてる感覚。
